Philosophy of Care

Russell Green aims to provide its residents with a secure, relaxed, and homely environment in which their care, wellbeing and comfort are of prime importance.

Residents are encouraged to participate in the development of their individualised and person centred care plan in which the involvement of family and friends may be appropriate and is greatly valued.

We will provide a high level of cleanliness in the home and a varied and nutritious menu for the residents.

Carers will strive to preserve and maintain the dignity, individuality and privacy of all residents within a warm and caring atmosphere, and in doing so will be sensitive to the resident's ever changing needs.

Residents may attend religious services and have the right to meet clergy of their chosen denomination at any time either within or outside the home.
